“Vine requires us to communicate in a concise manner by distilling our message down to the essentials.” -James Mignano, Account Coordinator, Text100

As marketers, we need to always be on the lookout for new ways to connect with our audiences in new, engaging ways. The challenge is not only discovering new tools, but also adapting and quickly learning how to best use them in our campaigns. Make no mistake – a marketer never stops being a student.

Recently, short-form video has taken center stage as the newest skill for us to learn. With the explosion of Vine’s six-second and Instagram’s 15-second clips, there is no ignoring the fact that individuals are consuming video much more than before. For example, did you know that five tweets per second include a Vine? And plenty of those are from brand accounts.

To promote our upcoming event with Mike Volpe, CMO of HubSpot, we decided to dip our toes into the water of this new platform. Below are four Vines that we shot featuring some questions that Mike Volpe will answer for us next month.

Do you have questions about in-bound marketing? Make a Vine and send it to us @AMArochester! And if you haven’t yet, be sure to register to hear Mike Volpe speak with us on April 9!
