Citizen Marketers: When People are the Message

RAMA is proud and excited to announce the up-coming March 21st event with Jackie Huba and/or Ben McConnell of Church of the Customer. [seems we can only get ONE of them; aw... we know they're both fantastic so we'll try not to be disappointed with just one.]

Register now, here.

This event will get you excited about citizen marketers - every day people who are using social Citizen_marketers media to create content, blogs, podcasts, videos, and more. Every day people writing about your brand, your products, your services, in authentic word-of-mouth marketing.

Using plenty of fun and eye-opening multimedia examples, you'll learn who the citizen marketers are, and what they want. Their motivations will be revealed and you'll learn how to embrace them. The speakers will explain their research into this new, dynamic, interactive marketing mix and also demonstrate the 1% rule and what it means for sites focused on citizen-created content.

This is a perfect follow-up to the Business Blogging Workhop. Together, these two events comprise an "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Social Media and Citizen Content but were Afraid to Ask."

Registration here. Details on location and time here.
