Citizen Marketers: When People are the Message

RAMA is proud and excited to announce the up-coming March 21st event with Jackie Huba and/or Ben McConnell of Church of the Customer. [seems we can only get ONE of them; aw... we know they're both fantastic so we'll try not to be disappointed with just one.]

The American Heart Association presents
Go Red

January 25th, RAMA partners with the American Heart Association as it presents its "Go Red" campaign. From inception to results: the goal is to "Love Your Heart. Have a healthy one, make a promise to love and protest your heart."

Featuring Allison Harvey, Director of Development Operations. Allison will discuss the Go Red Campaign including their fund raiser and strategies to market.

The Simon School Market Research Faculty presents a Market Research Boot Camp, November 30th, 2006 at the Simon Graduate School of Business, 407 Schlegel Hall.

This intense, full day program focuses on the most critical elements of market research. Faculty includes: Sanjog. R. Misra, Associate Professor of Marketing, PhD, Marketing, State University of New York at Buffalo. And, Josko (J.J.) Brakus, Associate Professor of Marketing, PhD, Marketing, Columbia University Buffalo.

  • Learn how market research works to help achieve strategic and tactical marketing goals.
  • Learn the fundamentsl of research design, including
      • The difference between qualitative, quantitative and experimental methods.
      • Analytical techniques such as cross tabs, correlation and other statistical testing methods (for non-statisticians).
