With a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing, Morgan brings a passion for data-driven strategy, creativity, and community engagement to every project. At Pandion, they lead initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth. As AMA Rochester’s President, Morgan is dedicated to fostering connection, innovation, and professional development across the region’s marketing community. Outside of work, Morgan is a certified yoga instructor who values balance, mindfulness, and empowering others to grow both personally and professionally.

Kathleen Dutton-Fanning is a senior marketing strategist and business leader with extensive experience developing and executing integrated, data-driven programs that drive growth and engagement. She combines strategic insight with strong leadership and analytical capabilities to deliver measurable results for B2B healthcare organizations. As Advocacy & Communications Marketing Manager, Vision Screening & Diagnostics at Baxter International, she leads sales enablement and demand generation programs that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. Previously, as Director of Marketing and Communications at eHealth Technologies, she redefined brand positioning, built a scalable sales infrastructure, and delivered sustained year-over-year growth. Earlier positions with the University of Rochester Medical Center and Rochester Regional Health established her as a trusted leader for complex organizations undergoing transformation and large-scale initiatives. Kathleen is currently the VP of Collegiate Relations on the AMA|Rochester Board, following two years as the VP of Programming. In this role, she engages with regional colleges and universities to create high-value experiences for students.

She currently serves as Associate Director of Brand Marketing at the University of Rochester, where she supports enterprise brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-campus adoption, with a strong focus on social media and digital strategy. Previously, she was Director of Marketing at the University of Rochester Medicine, leading integrated marketing, digital transformation initiatives, and multichannel campaigns across the health system. She also brings experience from major healthcare organizations in the Northeast, including Rochester Regional Health and Tufts Medical Center, where she led cross-functional teams spanning digital, content, social, and service line marketing. Allison holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Communications from Michigan State University and is known for building collaborative teams and delivering measurable business impact.
