In any workplace – especially those that thrive on creativity, collaboration, trust, and problem-solving – the skills and values developed through improvisation can transform a good team into a great one.

The best improvisers listen attentively, pivot quickly, remain open-minded, build upon teammates’ ideas, and embrace uncertainty. Derek DeSol, an experienced local performer and business professional, will discuss how developing essential improv skills can benefit you and your colleagues, even if you never step foot on stage.
