Another successful AMA | Rochester Collegiate Relations Conference ended with many positive reviews.

This year the AMA brought together the best and brightest students from sponsoring colleges and universities Nazareth College’ School of Management, Saunders College of Business, St. John Fisher College, and Niagara University for an exciting day that culminated with a business case competition for Garber Automotive (congrats again – St. John Fisher College!) Students were motivated by keynote speaker Brad Rye from Eric Mower + Associates and got some solid career advice from the Butler/Till and Brand Networks – Rochester, NY.

*We love the enthusiasm and support of all the participants that help this event continue to grow every year!” The 4th Annual Professional Chapter Collegiate Conference is already scheduled for February 24, 2017 at Brook Lea Country Club.

Participating companies included Eric Mower + Associates, Butler Till, Brand Networks and Garber Automotive in Rochester. Garber Automotive in Rochester was the funding sponsor and case subject for the annual Student Marketing Campaign Competition. The competition focused on the concept of millennial generation automobile buying considerations in Rochester. In the afternoon, the conference held a Career Fair featuring eleven participating WNY companies with interview opportunities for internships and employment. Additionally, The students spent the afternoon getting resume advice from Cathy Rubino Hines (CMO of The Marketing Collaborative LLC), Robert Wagner (Director of Global Communications Xerox) and Barb Cote (Marketing Director at Relph Benefit Advisors).

AMA | Rochester Collegiate Relations is the only local marketing association that provides a conference for Western New York Colleges and Universities students enrolled in Business Programs.
